air shaft repair steps
- Inflate the air shaft with an inflatable stick to confirm where the air shaft is leaking, whether the air shaft bag is leaking or the air nozzle is leaking;
- If the air nozzle leaks, replace the air nozzle; if the air bag leaks, replace the rubber tube;
- The replacement of the air nozzle is very simple, it will not be explained in detail, and it will focus on replacing the air air shaft rubber tube;
- Remove the screws on the shaft head of the air nozzle and remove the air nozzle. If it is a key type air expansion shaft, lift each key up to be in an expansion state.
- Then use a hammer to knock the nozzle end shaft head until the shaft head is knocked out, this process requires many skills, such as resonance principle, adding anti-rust oil and so on, the purpose is to make the shaft head quickly knock out;
- After the shaft head is taken out, take out the air shaft hose inside. Some air bags will expand after a long time, and need to clamp and pull out to take out the air shaft bag;
- Then replace the new air bag with the length of the old air bag, press both ends of the rubber tube with the equipment, or tie it tightly without leakage.
- Check the sealing ring and add butter to the sealing ring to achieve a better sealing effect;
- Finally put the rubber tube in, install the shaft head, you can test whether the airbag can work normally, and then install all the screw accessories to complete the entire process of maintenance of the air shaft rubber tube.
