3 inch to 6 inch Air shaft chuck adapter
Air Shaft Core Chuck features:
A.Air cover has key type and drum type, drum type air cover also called air drum.
B. Usage: Set outside the 3 inches air shaft, can achieve the six inches efficient.
C. Inner bore Ø 76mm, outside diameter is 150mm, the length is according to the customers’ request.
D. Adopt the high quality aluminum alloy hard oxidize, the surface color is tawny, use convenient.
E. After gassing it is equal to 6 inches air shaft, outside diameter can reach 155-158mm
F. The surface of key bar length is 100mm, width is 8mm
G. The outside of air drum surface, which part bulge ia made by rubber, having been produced with the design being finalized, we have stock. Total length ID 190mm.

The expanding element is located internally, offering full protection from manhandling or sharp objects. The air expanding chuck can be used in conjunction with synectics’s solid support chuck. Custom sizes (inch and metric) are available. Optional rubber surface chucks are available for larger diameters up to and including 36″.
