4. If the air pressure is not large enough, that is, the tension is not large enough, the slip ring is too slippery and hot, and there will be a lot of dust in the early stage because of excessive wear of the wool felt. Therefore, if the heat is excessive, it is necessary to find early treatment, adjust the tension of the machine, and prevent more serious situations.
5. In the early days, many cutting machines are not equipped with receiving rack, if the winding material is too heavy, and at the unloading moment, it is completely in a unilateral cantilever state, under the action of material gravity, the whole slip axis will slowly deform, the axis will bend, and more seriously, the direct axis will break. Therefore, if your material is too heavy, and there is no receiving rack, it is recommended that you seize the time to install a receiving rack, while protecting the shaft, but also reduce the workload of employees, and greatly improve the safety.
